receiving help pt 1
one of many stories of receiving help that is actually helpful. at the end of a birthday of navigating family drama and trauma, i fully felt all the suffering of all my relations like a nonstop charge through my body. it felt like hell on earth, hell embodied. and i had allowed it. even contributed to it. again. i was so unspeakably exhausted, and my body and mind were in such a ridiculous, bizarre state.
