How to be kind to yourself?
Learn to look inside. Observe yourself inwardly and understand every part of your body, such as heart, brain, blood vessels, liver, lung, kidney, spleen, bones, teeth, eyes, ears and nose, as well as your own mood. Is there anything that worries you, and what causes it? ...what you can control yourself...put yourself in control where you can control it.
