"Halloween Ends" Thoughts.
So it's been a couple of weeks since this movie came out now and the reactions were shocking. Now I would not call this a review, but I had to give my thoughts on this movie and how polarizing it was. I really enjoyed what Davis Gordon Green has done with these movies I wasn't sure what was gonna come of them when I heard he would be making two more after Halloween 2018. I really liked what they all did to this Halloween movie especially. With the franchise coming back from the dead I was excited to see these characters return. I never thought we'd ever see Jaime lee Curtis do another one of these movies again. So seeing her back for these was a real treat. Even though there were some issues I had with "Kills" I still found it entertaining. At the end of the day, it was a good trilogy.

My favorite movies from every year of my life.
This was really fun to do so before I start I wanted to give shouts to both Zach Cherry and Cody Leach for the idea there are both youtubers fyi and you can them out if you want over there. As for this list, I had a few runner- ups for specific years, and I will lwt you know those now. For 1994 the runner up was “The Little Rascals”.For 1998 the runner up was “Snake Eyes” I’m del Palma Stan!, I can’t help it! For 2005 the runner up is “Rumor has it” one of my favorite Jen Aniston movies. 2011’s runner up is “Girl with The Dragon Tattoo”. 2012’s runner up is V-H-S, that’s one of the most unique horror movies I’ve ever seen. And the second sequel I enjoy as well.I had a runner up for 2019 but I don’t remember what movie that was.Ok now that I’ve done that, let me tell you why I’ve done this.I made this list because every movie on this list has had an affect on me the years they came out, and the subsequent years of course. Not the first five maybe because I was so young, but over the years they became favorites since. As with everyone else movies hold a special place in my heart, well I’ll say life cause saying heart sounds corny lol. I did another list that is similar to this one, but only with horror movies. I wrote it on my personal blog and I think I might put it on here in October. But back to this list I realized that a lot of my favorites have been action oriented, which is a genre I didn’t really like growing up. But now I can say it’s one of my favorites. Oh! My runner up for 2010 I just remembered is “Inception”. If enough people read this I might put it on YouTube, but if it flops oh well lol. My ultimate favorite movie on this list is my 1994 entry. Just like the other movies most of what I want to say about this movie is in the caption. I haven’t seen anyone do something like this on her. Since we can leave comments on her now , I would like to know if anyone has done this as well. it would be fun to read someone else’s list!! Maybe in a different genre even.

The Horror of Halloween(1978)
Halloween is the slasher of all slashers, although not the first it is certainly the best. This film has inspired others like it but none come close to this one. Maybe the new comes close, as it proves that once again that the simple route is the best. Halloween is basically about a psych patient Michael Myers; who killed his sister and boyfriend 15 years prior on Halloween. The reasoning behind that is still anyone's guess. He escapes just as Dr. Loomis and his colleague Marion Chambers come to take him to court. Now on paper it doesn't sound scary at all. But what make it so are five reasons I'm going to explain.

Loving 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' While Black
Friends is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, from pop-ups and clothes inspired by Rachel, to other articles talking about how dated they think it is. So, with all this going on, I felt it was timely to talk about how conflicted this show made me feel when I was younger. I would tell people that, when they would ask what my favorite show was, usually those my age at the time. At first, I would get "Oh that's cool" responses. Then, the older I got it, turned into "Oh, really? Why?" turned-up-nose responses. I also got the "How is that your favorite show? You're black." responses. So, I just stopped talking about it as much, and enjoyed it alone. I thought at that time, people were just teasing me back then, or trying to make me feel like a sellout in some way.

Scream Queen Doom
A part of me always gets excited when a favorite franchise of mine, be it horror or otherwise, is coming back in some way. Even if it's a reboot. Whether I end up watching it or not is another story. It's no secret that slasher franchises never die in way or another.

11 Underrated Scary Movies
It's that time of the year where horror films are on TV everywhere, and we get to relive all the scares and frights we enjoyed as children. There are some films out that scare the crap out of people that aren't the most popular movies or necessarily "horror" movies. Nevertheless these films tend to be underrated or disregarded in some way. These movies, for me, fall under that category. Some of these have a huge cult following and might be on other lists. They may not be the most obscure or unknown but they are not the most known either. So let's go!

The Figure
As a kid, I had a very active imagination and I daydreamed a lot. But who didn't as a kid, right? One early morning I saw something I still can't explain till this day. The year was 1996 and it was the summer, my siblings were gone this particular night. Which is weird, because stuff like this always happened when they weren't around to see.

This Podcast Life
When I first heard about what a podcast was around 2011, it sounded fun and a great way to express yourself. It felt as though you could have your own radio show for people to listen to. After listening to a couple of them on a few sites, after some months I decided to finally make my own podcast.
