The Baby Names of 2019 Are Getting Weird
Baby names haven't been something I ever thought of until my cousin named her son Finley. At first, I thought it was a strange choice (If she was a girl she was going to name her Gracie)... but it wasn't long before I realized that Finley is actually a popular choice for baby boys right now. How are baby name trends made? Why do they change so dramatically between generations? How can I find out more? Well, good news! I did some research, and found out some interesting information on what's going on with baby names right now. Truth be told... things are getting kinda weird when it comes to popular choices for baby names in 2019. There is a huge increase in Fortnite and Game Of Thrones names, as well a spike in... animal names? Not to mention, vintage names are making an obvious come back... although truth be told I haven't been able to find any reason why. I guess what is trendy just comes and goes in circles.

This prose is written in memory of Brittany Locke. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018. Beloved. I grew up on this street. I stand here as the memories still haunt me. We used to play and scream. Little ones could be so mean... and some grew up to still be. We grew up on this street, that's the place we would meet. A hideout from the world, a safe place to be.
