Everyone is spraying their canisters of hair spray, spray on sunscreen, spray paint at the aliens as hours ago it became fairly common knowledge that the aerosol is somehow killing the aliens. No one knows why exactly… they just know that it is the case.

Clive, on the other hand, only was able to get his hands on his vegan whipped cream, in an aerosol can. It is doing the job. Clive feels badly killing the aliens, even though they came down here and started killing people. Clive is a pacifist, so he revels in the thought that as he sprays the vegan whipped cream onto the faces of the aliens, they get to enjoy one moment of pleasure, licking the sugary dairy-free substance off their lips with delight, before it eats away at their flesh and melts them into a pile of bones covered in rotting goo.

Clive had showed up to the scene on the streets of Philly a little later than the rest of his neighbors. It appears they are at the forefront of this battle with the aliens where they have finally found their weakness.

Clive’s neighbors, one by one, run out of ammunition. They retreat back to their garages and bathrooms and kitchens to get more aerosol items.

“Hold the fort down, Clive!” One of Clive’s neighbors yells out.

Clive can never remember his name. Roger something? Clive will have to ask once they’re done killing the murderous aliens.

Everyone has retreated and is getting more “ammo.” Clive holds his aerosol vegan whipped cream canisters like deadly weapons… because they are.

Alien approaches from the right… bam! Sugary death!

Alien from the left… boom! You want a side of ice cream with that death?

The aliens keep slowly approaching down the street. About 100 people run onto the scene from a street nearby. They witness Clive killing an alien with the whipped cream.

“Look!” One woman yells out. “That guy is killing them with whipped cream! That has got to be the secret! Cream! Dairy! Let’s go!”

Clive sees the pack of people running off towards their homes to get the wrong kind of ammunition and yelling things out like “spread the word” and “tell everyone, it’s dairy!”

“Wait! It’s not dairy! It’s vegan!”

Clive realizes that was the wrong distinction to make.

Over the next few days, many humans are massacred as they attempt to fight off aliens with tubs of vegan cool whip, vegan yogurts, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, and containers of vegan bleu cheese crumbles that are quite delightful and much like the real thing. Information of aerosol being the secret to stopping the aliens is difficult to advance as everyone is operating off of false information.

Human numbers dwindle. The aliens continue to wage war. Small pockets of humanity exist, hidden in sheds and garages with all the aerosol items they can find. All the dairy-free vegan goods have been expended and wasted on aliens who hardly appreciated them, though one alien was heard commenting “If this is vegan, then I can definitely switch, Thorksnab.”

Thorksnab is one of the aliens, a high-ranking admiral in their army, and a big pusher of the vegan diet.
