I’ve had a few jobs in my life, and dozens of freelance jobs, writing for the YouTube channel The Gridiron is one of the jobs I’ve been the most proud of when I examine them all. I truly am so proud of the content we put out. I write for the channel, crafting scripts, and then they move along to the others on the team… editor, voice-over, etc. Eventually, it gets pushed out to the channel, generally a 10-minute video, filled with stats, breakdowns of amazing plays, sometimes even a little humor. The Gridiron has a little something for every football fan. There are plenty of player profiles that take you deep into the careers of current stars like Davante Adams and Justin Jefferson with his catch that just may have been the greatest catch ever.

And also retired greats like Michael Strahan and, my personal favorite, Tom Brady. You may think you’ve already heard everything there is to know about Brady, but we came with some interesting facts that aren’t so well known. Like why Tom Brady isn’t a Hall of Famer, rather is a Hall of Famer times three!

For those of you who are fans of the Giants, fans of the underdogs, or maybe you’re just Brady-Haters, we got something for you too. Like how about the time the Patriots looked unstoppable and met a task that didn’t look like it should’ve been as difficult as it was? The New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII? Or a few years later when the Patriots sought out revenge against the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI? How’d that turn out?

Some people want an extensive look into what happened to the 2023 Philadelphia Eagles. Remember, they were in the Super Bowl and followed it up with a season in which they started off 10-1, and then finished up the season at an abysmal 1-5. They didn’t just fall off a cliff, someone emptied a week’s worth of trash into Philly’s car, threw a lit match in there, and then pushed that dumpster fire off a cliff. How does something like that happen? We’ve got you covered.

Maybe you want a little humor. How about a video that covers what the worst Super Bowls of all time were, and why oh why were they so awful?

The Gridiron recently hit a milestone of 5,000 subscribers and that is fantastic! We’d like to gain more. Really, what we want is to find more people like the current 5,000 who enjoy our channel, and give them a little invite. Check out what we got. See if you’d like to stay for a while.
