Jennifer had been saying for the longest that she wanted to go out on a date but had not made the time to actually move in that direction. Her friend, Janet Jackson, no - not the star. She’s the other JJ who knows lots of guys for reasons we will not get into, has been offering to hook her up on a date with a really cool guy. Janet actually said she was too much for this one, however, he was just right for Jennifer.

BWIM: A Salute to the Party!
Party Hardy! Is what they used to call me. I am an Old School R&B party girl. The Eighties was my turf. Going to the Club was an Art to me. It could have been a science too. I would either go with my sister DD and my brother-in law, Steven and Tina, Diane and E-Fraj. That was the older crew. Then I had my crew - Terri, Nadine, DD and myself. Oh, these two crews were exclusively the Weekend. During the week I would party with Michelle. Michelle and I worked across the street from each other and after work we would hit the club usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Wynter Day
Wynter Day Is her name. After all, she was born on a winter day and her mother could not resist the irony by naming her Wynter Day as she has a wonderful sense of humor. Although they were from the Caribbean, Wynter's mother, Alesha, was born in Jamaica and expected to give birth in warm, sunny Jamaica as well. However, fate had a different plan and Alesha gave birth in the middle of winter in Brooklyn at Aunt Flo's house.
