Henry VIII
Birth/ family Henry VIII was born on the 28th June 1491 to his parents King Henry VII and Queen Elizabeth of York. Henry was the third child and second son to be born to the royal couple with his eldest brother Prince Arthur born in September 1486 and elder sister Princess Margret born in November 1489. Henry himself would also become a elder brother to another three siblings, yet only one would survive to adulthood. In 1502 Queen Elizabeth would once again become pregnant however this would prove to be fatal, both mother and baby (a daughter) would die leaving behind her distraught family.

My weight loss
I never meant to put on weight, I just loved the occasional biscuit before bed. Still once you get on that habbit one biscuit can become two which will become three and before you know it it’s a packet a night. The downward spiral had begun, and the kicker of it all (well at least in my opinion) you don’t even realise it’s happening until you look at yourself in the mirror one day and realise you don’t recognise the person in front of you.
