Lena sat in the corner of the small, windowless room, her arms tightly bound behind her back with coarse rope. Her heart raced as she tried to calm herself, to think of a way out of this nightmare. She couldn't believe this was happening to her. How had she ended up here, a hostage in a strange room with no idea of how she would ever get out?
