How to Practice Letting Go Technique
Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different or do anything about it. It means simply to let the feeling be there and to focus on letting out the energy behind it. The first step is to allow yourself to have a feeling without resisting it, venting it, fearing it, condemning it, or moralizing it. It means to drop judgment and to see that it is just a feeling.

The Feminine Yearns to Be Fully Seen and Deeply Loved
Our yearning is — at the deepest, most primordial level —for God When a woman reclaims “her feminine”, she is being brought home to her Feminine Heart and original Innocence. She remembers her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and her identity is as a Cherished Daughter of Father-God. She comes home to her desire for union: a monogamous, sacred, complimentary, devotional, deeply blissful, lifelong (and also, eternal) covenant with her beloved (who is a reflection of Her Beloved who is God.) She receives the deepest truth of her Feminine Heart: That she is made to be Seen and Loved, body and soul — by God, and by a man of whom she is “flesh of his flesh” — as His one and Only.

Who to Date
One of the great dangers in dating is the tendency to adopt a consumer mentality rather than a companion mentality. When you ask people what kind of person they would like to date, they begin to list a set of characteristics. “Tall, but not too tall. Sensitive, but strong. Confident, but also caring. Handsome, but funny. And a good job with solid income.”

Girl, you are a woman. It’s time to allow yourself to grow, which isn’t easy. You will need to allow the cracking open of everything you’ve held on to, and allow yourself to receive healing fully. But, through all this, you can BE HELD: within the masculine, within a container that supports you. You get to remember just how valuable you are as a woman — a woman worthy of the pursuit to be provided-for, because you are “irreplaceable, unrepeatable, and indispensable” as a child of God. (cc: Theology of the Body). We remember and reclaim our womanhood, feminine preciousness, and body sovereignty.

Great Men Care Deeply
The first thing I can recall learning as the “duty” of a man is that he is the one that gets to die if the situation calls for it. The captain goes down with the ship, and the women and children get the lifeboats. I feel like this is something all honorable men know. It is a code they live by.
