How do we avoid getting burned out at work or in business
By embracing our femininity
We relate to the Masculine in the principles that hold us in work and business, like a physical relationship with a man . Too many women complain they are burnt out by the job or the business. (Yes, even by being a housewife)
When we allow the Masculine to come through for us (which isn’t a passiveness, by the way), we are able to posture ourselves to receive His gifts in work and in business. If we are in a job, we go from resenting our situation to being in graciousness over it, with a healthy mindset for growth. If we run a business, we go from forcing and proving with our results to being in intuitive flow yet ‘held’ by the engineering and framework that lets us receive our results.
In the same way, there is a feminine sense of feeling “held in” by the corset: So there is a satisfying felt sense of being “taken in” by the discipline of the masculine principles in our day-to-day lives. His frame isn’t meant to constrict, but rather adjust, correct and posture us to be in our feminine, but only if we receive Him.
Being supported through the Dismantling, Softening, Opening, and Receiving from the masculine, is a journey, an evolution, culminating in union with Him. This ripples from our relationship with God, through into our relationship with men (romantic, as well as men as the masculine in different aspects of our lives), and with masculine principles. Is this a “holding” you are ready to receive?
When we women are enslaved by instead of supported by our business or work we are operating outside of how we are designed as the feminine to receive and be supported. Remember: the feminine is wired and designed to be led by the masculine provision, supported by stability and direction. Like marriage: it is when a woman chooses his Union (integration) with Him that He supports her in every aspect of her life: health, relationship, provision, etc
We are not our business or jobs (but our minds may trick us to believe we are). Because we are emotional beings we as women can get fully immersed in our work or business that we often feel or believe we become our work or business. Why else are studies proving that when women think or behave like male executives, they also release more hormones associated with masculinity? When we believe we become our business or work, we ignore our intuition, creativity and emotionality, which can lead to mental stress and also prolonged hormonal effects.
Warning signs that the masculine principle is not supporting you in business or work:
- Burnout
- Excess body hair
- Menstrual irregularities and discomfort
- Sleeplessness
- Excess weight loss or gain
- Changes in mood
- Acne
- Mental health issues
Because we are biologically distinct from males, we do not execute the determination and aggressiveness that we expect from ourselves to compete in business or at work at the same way as men. As women, we process stress and emotions differently based on our biology (and must work with it)
A woman not supported by the Masculine in work or business can look like:
- Lack of clean energy: she works from anxiety, tiredness and resentment
- No frame to support progress in business; no plan for growth
- Sense of stagnation or suppressed intuition/creativity
- Operates to prove, compete
- Feels trapped by schedule; resists “corseting” of time and order
- Paycheck to paycheck living, no financial rooting and stability
- Projects a “strong” boss archetype but is exhausted, yet ashamed to ask for support
- Overworks and undercharges ….to name a few
A woman supported by masculine principles in business and work can look like:
- Enjoyment in the job
- Intuitiveness and creativity is encouraged
- Has a schedule that includes rest and recovery as much as productivity
- Activity is matched with hormone cycle (infradian rhythm)
- Properly structured cashflow
- Charges for services with confidence
- Direction and frame for business growth and progress
- Has a clean system of “push and pull”: in sales and marketing, in exerting effort and then “leaning back” at work or in business
- Being mentored …to name a few
How to begin receiving support from masculine principles in work or business:
- Receive guidance/mentorship in establishing order and structure for business
- Have a support system to help you stay in your feminine at work
- Hire help
- Learn the art of delegation
- Subject her “feminine chaos” around money, income, and clients to masculine frames
- Be accountable to a coach in business actions and feminine recalibration (polarity in work and business)
- Embody the knowledge from courses and coaching into actual results…to name a few
How ready are you to be a “God-held feminine woman” as it relates to your work or the business you run?
Are you ready to be a woman who “laughs at the days to come”, who is clear on her desires as much as she has faith in God to hold her in her tests of faith, no matter what?
