Realizing What Matters!
How many ways can I say this? "Live in your truth!' To many times we live in someone else's truth! The crazy part is we don't realize it while it's happening but, notice it after it took place. I'm sure this sounds familiar... How many times have you been caught up doing something that you really don't feel like doing but, you allow yourself to get wrapped up in it! That feeling sucks! That is when you start realizing what really matters to you but, you don't notice at that exact moment. We go places, we meet people, we commit to situations that we ask ourselves later "What in the world am I doing here and why? This is that point of the title "Realizing what matters". Always be honest with yourself, make sure you are paying attention to what you are paying attention to! Let me explain because I'm pretty sure that sentence almost didn't make sense but, it does... In your mind, heart & core you know what you truly want. You know what you feel like doing and when you want to do. Not only that, but you also know 100% what you do not want to do. So why are you involved doing something you don't feel like doing?

Rebirth by the Skies!
Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geez where do I start? I guess a good place would be why I decided to jump face first into a map (Earth, that's how it looks like from the sky! LOL). If I'm being totally honest, it wasn't something that I always wanted to do or had in mind. Yeah it would come up in conversation with friends, but you know how that goes when you're shooting the sh*t with your people and someone says, "Hey would you jump out of a plane?" Just to look cool, you say random things like "Hell yeah I would no question!" LOL No you wouldn't. Anyway, all my life I've always lived by certain rules and was afraid to take certain risks. I would watch people daily go in and out of the cycle they call their lives. I mean we all wake up, brush our teeth, eat breakfast, rush to work blah blah blah! You know the drill! On top of that, there have been many times when opportunity knocks and we don't answer it in fear of what we don't know! That fear of failing, that fear of not succeeding! That intense fear of someone walking up to you and saying "I told you so"... Argghhh! Makes you just want to punch them in the face don't it?

Hello, and thank you for stopping by. Let me start by asking you a question I like to ask people when I meet them. Are you alive? And if so, are you living? I guess that's two questions meshed into one. I ask that because a lot of us are alive, but not living our lives to the full potential! We don't explore what makes us happy to the max! Some of us are afraid to live... When was the last time you didn't worry about your job? When was the last time you took a vacation? Or better yet have you not taken a vacation, due to excuses of not having time or money? If so, do what I did that changed my life! Take stay-cations locally, while you save money for the big one!
