One will accept the fact that natural talents and interests have more scope of creativity and longevity.Basic education is essential to all ,so no doubt every individual should have complete elementary education to enable reading and counting which are basic essential to understand and live in this world .But after elementary education an individual should be channelised to his natural talent.For example your cousin is interested in playing hockey or football then he should be placed in a respective coaching centres and academies,he should be provided with the supportive accessories,he should be nourished well to increase his stamina.
