Nursing and Channelising Natural Talents and Interests.

One will accept the fact that natural talents and interests have more scope of creativity and longevity.Basic education is essential to all ,so no doubt every individual should have complete elementary education to enable reading and counting which are basic essential to understand and live in this world .But after elementary education an individual should be channelised to his natural talent.For example your cousin is interested in playing hockey or football then he should be placed in a respective coaching centres and academies,he should be provided with the supportive accessories,he should be nourished well to increase his stamina.

Nursing one's natural talents and interests is important for personal fulfilment and success. It is essential to identify and understand their unique skills, passions, and strengths. Once we have a clear understanding, we can then focus on developing and nurturing these qualities. In reality this is not happening in India .Now a days some parents trying to do so,but some people still going on their own way.If five people around you go abroad doctors,engineers you will be forced to go abroad and become doctors,engineers.There should be some changes in our educational and sports systems.

Not only in sports like arts ,visual communication,photography,many more to say..every people try to identify the interest of their children and encourage them to do so.Then they will be extraordinary in innovation and creative in their own interesting fields.If things will happen then they will be the main developers of the nation.

For example, consider a person who has a talent for writing and a passion for storytelling. If they take up a job in a boring office where they only do paperwork all day, they are likely to feel uninterested and disengaged from their work. On the other hand, if they work as a creative writer, they are likely to be passionate and dedicated, putting their natural talent and interest to good use.
