It Gets Old
In today's society we grow with different milestones. Life lessons are learned and you continue to use what you were taught for the next level. I am real big on growing and ever changing, but for those who are not, don't you think repeating the same thing over and over again gets old? Like don't you get tired of the same patterns and repetitions? I know I do 🙋🏽♀️. So I don't understand when I see that things are still the same over time.

Disturbing The Peace
Often we tend to disturb our own minds into hysteria. We can't control our thinking if we are constantly overthinking. I use to think it was because of others that I could not find peace, but sometimes we have to look at the reflection of ourselves. Now don't get me wrong, other people in our space can "disturb the peace" as well, but we don't have to allow them to do so.
