Bio
I like to write based on my personal experiences. It helps me clear my mind. We all go through things in life. Good things. Not so good things. My experiences might also help other people with things that they might be going through.

BEING JEALOUS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY
My life is far from perfect. I look at how other people are living, and you know what? I’m not jealous of them. Happy for them, yes. But not jealous. You see, we all have our own lives to live. And we all have different lives and different means of living and different goals that we want out of life. We all expect different things. Some people want to work in the fashion industry. Others in the medical field. Others are firefighters. Police officers. Financial experts. Lawyers. Business owners. Bloggers. Digital content creators for social media. Actors. Television producers/directors/writers. Teachers. Military. Housewives (and even househusbands these days). There are so many different careers and expertise in this work. But do they create the perfect life? Yes and no.

Letter to my 5-year-old self
Dear 5-year-old me, Well, this is it. It’s September and you’re starting Kindergarten. You’re going to learn so much. You’re going to make some friends. You might not like everyone. But that’s ok. You don’t have to like everyone. But just remember, not everyone will like you. And that’s ok too. You’ll meet some people who will become lifelong friends, no matter how far away from each other you may live as adults. There will be people who you may never see again after this year. That’s ok too.

VACATION IN SPACE
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Joe and Amanda were excited to board the space craft so that they could start their trip. Sure, people have travelled to space before. People have walked on the moon before. But that was for scientific purposes. Joe and Amanda were going to space to go on vacation. Yes, vacation. “I think we’re probably the first people to make this trip as a vacation,” Amanda said to Joe as they were packing their suitcases full of clothes. She was also trying to think of what else they would need. “What do you think it’s going to be like when we get there?” she asked Joe. “I really don’t know,” Joe replied. Neither one of them really knew what to expect.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Erica woke up and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. As her eyes slowly focused, she realized that she wasn’t in her bed. She was on a train! Looking out the window, she saw nothing but blurred trees and skies. “Where am I?” she wondered. She tried to replay the events of last night, but she couldn’t remember much. Did she buy a train ticket to somewhere? She checked her purse and her pockets. Nope. No train ticket. And then she noticed that she was the only one on the train car. She tried to check her phone to see where her mapping program locates her at. But the map program wasn’t working. She looked closely at her phone: no service. “Great, just great,” she whispered to herself. What was she going to do now?

LIVING DAIRY FREE
A couple of years ago, I realized that I was having a sensitivity to dairy. I had never noticed this sensitivity before. But also, a couple of years ago I had COVID. Is there a correlation between the 2? I have no idea. But this post is not about my having COVID (I do plan to write a post about that though). This post is merely about me becoming dairy free.

PRODUCT REVIEW #4
(Disclaimer – these are strictly just my opinions on the products) Hello. And welcome to part 4 of my review. Today I will review the Scentsy body line. There are (seven) 7 products in Scentsy body: body cream, body wash, fragrance mist, hand cream, hand soap, Scentsy soak, and sugar scrub. I admit I have not yet tried all of them. But for the ones that I have tried: I definitely give them 2 thumbs up. And like everything that I have told you about in my prior posts, they smell fabulous. I will tell you about each one.

PRODUCT REVIEW #2
(Disclaimer – this product review is just my opinion on the various products) Today I will be telling you about the laundry collection that Scentsy has. I love these products and use them quite regularly (every time I do laundry). The laundry collection consists of the following: laundry liquid, scent soft fabric softener, washer whiffs, dryer disks, and fabric spray.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACQUAINTANCES, FRIENDS, FAKE FRIENDS, TRUE FRIENDS
Acquaintances. Friends. Fake friends. True friends. I have few of each. What I have the fewest of are true friends. I can count them all on one hand. And there are those who I thought were true friends who then turned to fake friends, and then acquaintances. And then I eventually had to disassociate myself from them completely because they were toxic people.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE “FRIENDS” SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE
I love having friends. I love even more when they are true friends who want to see me succeed. I had a few of them. Or so I thought. A few months ago, I came to the realization that people who I thought would never let me down, did just that. They let me down. Big time let me down.
