Don’t Hate Just Meditate Be Real and Real With Yourself If you never look inside you can never change the world around you, we live on earth but there are 7 billion worlds because we all view the planet differently. If you aren’t going to be real with yourself, please do not read this book, because I wouldn’t even want you to waste your time reading my book.Why lie for more reads? I’ve always been told to be careful saying things like this, but somewhere down the line you’re going to have to look in that mirror and face who you are, where you have come, and who you have become.
