Sixty Is The New Sixty
Well here I am peering into the one way tunnel that tells me I’m about to turn 60. What happened? How did I end up here? Don’t get me wrong my life has been an adventure with algorithms that at the very least would raise an eyebrow. The point is it didn’t go as planned and as I embrace 2022 I’m thinking out loud. In fact at the moment I’m quiet determined that “My Sixty” is going to be scrumptiously superb. It’s my New Years Resolution

TEA CUPS AND ROSES
It was my closest friend of 47 years, to be exact, who first mentioned my mother's hands. We were enjoying afternoon tea as she commented "Look at those hands, aren't they amazing. I know them so well and they are always there, for support! don't you agree?" and we both laughed joyously as we knew this was so true.
