Why is The Synergy Between Your Two Brains Important?
You don’t get to control your feelings, Thinking Brain. Self-control is an illusion. It’s an illusion that occurs when both brains are aligned and pursuing the same course of action. It’s an illusion designed to give people hope. And when the Thinking brain isn’t aligned with the Feeling Brain, people feel powerless, and the world around them begins to feel hopeless. It Doesn’t Matter To Be Brave if We Fail in Choosing the Right Person To Share Our Dreams Wisely
I dreamed I was a butterfly, flitting around in the sky; then I awoke. Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamt of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man? — Zhuangzi
