My Homemade Burrito Bowl was inspired by my love for BarBurrito — a restaurant I first discovered back in 2022. My go-to order used to be their Sandwich Burrito. It was always fresh, flavorful, and filling — but also messy! No matter how carefully I ate, something always spilled out. One day, I thought, “Why not make my own version at home — but in a bowl?” And that’s how my Homemade Burrito Bowl idea was born.
