Prejudice
We are living in an age of confusion, where it's difficult to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Everything is blurred, and information can spread easily. Anyone can talk or write about anything, even without specialized knowledge. News outlets, TV broadcasts, and social media channels all compete for viewers, prioritizing viewership and virality over the importance of the news itself. Not everyone is aware of this, however. For the older generation, many are uninterested in the rapid pace of change, opting for a peaceful and quiet retirement. For those who are part of this new era, however, not following trends can be seen as outdated and behind the times. However, this is a personal choice, and we should not force ourselves to worry about things that are not important to us. Participating without adequate knowledge can actually complicate matters. Spreading news without verifying its accuracy can lead to the proliferation of misinformation. If it involves someone's business or a public institution, it can cause harm to others, which is not a trivial matter.

Mothers are demanded to take care of the house, love their children, and serve their husbands well, sometimes they forget to take care of themselves, there are not a few mothers who are depressed because they cannot control themselves, they give up on the situation, they are tired but no one cares , even for the difficult times they face, they often want to stop time, to take a break in the midst of chaos.

The Unpredictable Battle
The Unpredictable Battle: Fighting Against Yourself The most challenging battle we face in life is often the one within ourselves. It's a battle against our doubts, fears, and insecurities. It's a battle against our tendency to procrastinate, give up, or settle for less than we deserve.

That's you
We don't fully know what's going on, whether it's about our family life, the problems happening around us, or something that's going viral that everyone's talking about right now. Not everything can be known, not everything is talked about truthfully, what we need to do is identify ourselves, how much it affects us, don't let unimportant things to us affect our lives because of our own misidentification. We are the ones who know ourselves best, about our thoughts, about our abilities, about what we do, others may judge but whether that judgment is accurate is something we can determine. The first thing we must realize is how much do we know ourselves? Because even dinosaurs can become extinct not because they are unable to adapt to the times but because we fail to know themselves so they are unable to adapt to the circumstances, so don't let us fail to recognize ourselves.
