“I’m leaving you because you should be with a woman”, he said. My chin dropped. Then it wobbled. This was the worst timing. With the opening of my new store coming up in a couple of months, my needing to find someone to run the store, the insane schedule designing and making clothes for the new collection, and the general madness surrounding the recent new-found popularity of my brand; in other words, I didn’t really have the time to get dumped.
