A letter to a lost, furry friend
Dear Cooper, How are you? How is heaven treating you? It is now Thursday, as I am sitting at my desk writing this. You crossed the rainbow bridge on Monday. That was three days ago. That may seem close to a year ago in dog years. One human year is equal to seven dog years, for reference.

The care of the wooden dragon
Once flying over the area, the dragon looks down at the forest floor and sees a rather unusual sight. That sight was a toddler. The dragon finds a break in the trees and swoops down and picks up the toddler, who could not be more than one or two years of age and was a female child. The child has strawberry-blonde hair and bright, blue eyes. The child is also fair-skinned.

Roadcase Royale - First Things First: A Review
Roadcase Royale is a band formed as a way to cope with loss. Heart guitarist Nancy Wilson and Prince’s New Power Generation lead singer Liv Warfield were both dealing with different types of grief when they formed Roadcase Royale with guitarist Ryan Waters, keyboardist Chris Joyner, drummer Ben Smith and bassist Dan Rothchild. Wilson was astringed from her sister, Ann, whose husband assaulted Nancy’s children and was convicted of assault, and Warfield was dealing with the death of legendary singer Prince, who was a mentor to her. The band is a rock, R&B fusion. The band’s first album was released on September 22, 2017, and was called First Things First.

Letters to My Younger Self
No trigger warnings are required. Letter #1: April 2016 Dear Miranda, You’re only a few years away from the end of your teenage years. You are nearly 17 years old. 16 going on 17. Oh, geez, on the edge of seventeen or entering the dancing queen year? These have not always been the easiest years of your life. You’ve been bullied. You’ve had crushes. Your crushes haven’t liked you back. You thought you loved someone and you thought that person loved and then they turned out to be a jerk. You’ve tried to fit in by listening to rap and hip hop but hated that music. You tried to listen to a lot of newer music but hated that too. You’ve been stressed out. You’ve been sleep deprived. You’ve also had some great times. Through the highs and lows you’ve experienced throughout these years you’ve still survived. You never went through with your suicidal thoughts. This has been a great time of learning for you.
