Twogether
I am a little lazy using the standard Sonnet format once more when I have many forms to pursue, but there is time for this. I have used one of my favourite soul records of all time Frank Wilson's "Do I Love You?" because that is how I feel when someone encourages and supports me in the things I love to do, and it is wonderful to be together on a quest , adventure or a project.

OK Haiku
I was just wondering if a haiku would be an acceptable submission to Vocal’s poetry community. I believe the minimum number of words for a poetry submission is one hundred, a haiku is seventeen syllables in a 5-7-5 layout , so even at one word per syllable that is only seventeen words which is significantly less than the hundred required.

Sonnetwo
I need to try other defined poetic constructs , but this is another standard sonnet construct (there are two other sonnet forms so I will check those out) . The music I have chosen in the beautiful "London" by Thea Gilmore from the sadly missed pen of Sandy Denny. I wish I could , write play and sing like that. Listen while you read and you may be inspired as well.

Beat The Bull
I work from home for an extremely excellent company, and that means I listen to a lot of music when I work. One of Vocal’s recent challenges was a short fiction about a raging bull, so in this I will include a scenario with my thoughts on bullfighting and similar “sports”. Killing animals for pleasure or fun is totally out of order in my opinion. If an animal, like say a fox, is threatening or killing domestic livestock it should be killed as humanely as possible , the same goes for all vermin.

The Muse
A short non poem on inspiration which can come from anyone or anything that inspires you , and this was inspired by a Muse. I have included "She Belongs To Me" by Bob Dylan because the words just paint so many inspirational pictures to me and his words often provide me with inspiration as well as taking me on trips to places the exist only in his stream of consciousness. If you have someone or something in your life that gives you this you are a very lucky person.

Dreams and Hidden Mirrors
Sometimes what you eat can cause you to dream. Cheese is a good one if you want to dream. Last night I had Aloo Chole, a chickpea and potato curry along with some Sag Aloo from Rajnagar my local Bangladeshi restaurant. I finished about half of it so I will be warming up the remainder tonight for my tea tonight and looking forward to it. I don't think that's the normal food to stimulate dreams although it's very good.

Waiting For The Green Light
This is inspired / stolen from a Bill Hicks sketch, as he was one of the most intelligent foul mouthed comedians ever. In fact this is going to be an appreciation of the great man with a retelling of the Green Light incident.

A Fiction
This is inspired by a premise that a good friend of mine Chris Ball (he started a blog , The Ape of Wrath which has two excellent posts then that was it) pointed out at a meal. If you were at a table with a corporation , it would just grab everything for itself whether it was hungry and needed food or not.
