Introduction I made the title singular just because it sounds better than what the plural would be. It seems that rock groups and rock and roll bands have been the domain of men throughout a lot of my life, but that is not the reality in music, give a girl a guitar and she can riff as well as any man.

Robin's Art
Introduction I am not sure how I first became Facebook friends with Robin Grotjan, maybe it was through Mafia Wars, an addictive Facebook game that I managed to forget about. She had a joint acvount with her husband Ron who she lost to cancer but I was good friends with both of them, and am still in close contact with Robin.

Lionesses
Introduction I am not really sure how to actually pitch this. On Sunday England Lionesses (I am writing this on Friday 29th of July so it may not get published in time) play Germany in the Euro 2022 Final at Wembley Stadium. This is not about their incredible progress but about the marked contrast of the Womenβs game to the Menβs game.
