My experience with online dating started almost four years ago when I found myself in my mid-forties, divorced after 21 years of marriage and a single mom of three teenagers. I wasn't all that keen on online dating, but the physical groups that I had heard of, Parents Without Partners and such, no longer had any local groups. So online dating was the only option I was able to find.

Gluten Free Banana Bread
Gluten Free baking has become a trend lately, but for some people, gluten free is a medical necessity. I have a good friend who was diagnosed with Celiac's disease, which is where the body can not digest gluten. My oldest daughter was diagnosed shortly thereafter with Crohn's disease and was told to limit her gluten intake. With these important people in my life needing to watch gluten, I have started experimenting with gluten free baking.

Now I wasn't a bar person in college and I sure wasn't a bar person now, so how was I going to meet people. Online dating was the only option that I really knew of and so I gave it a try, and by a try I mean I tried a little of everything.
