Dreamland part fifteen
Popee and Marifa had just finished their dinner of Thai food and they were playing with Kedamono Junior. “Funny, yummy, tummy time, my sweetheart!” Popee said to his son in a sing-song fashion. Kedamono Junior was his stomach on the floor with a large baby blanket underneath him, and crawling a bit, but mostly just teething on some baby toys.

To Popee, living with his darling son and loving partner, was the ultimate fairy tale come true. He never was told many fairy tales growing up, and knowing sharing fairy tales were generally a big part of parent/child time, he felt left out.

Finally, Popee found his voice. “What’s… what’re you two doing here?” Papi shrugged, “Your crafty little sister seemed to know where you were. We found out where you lived before… but someone, I think your neighbor, informed us you moved in the city.”

Popee was making dinner and also feeding Kedamono Junior, who was getting easier to take care of now that he liked finger foods and was eating the home cooked dinners Popee made with his parents, but in tiny bite sized pieces.
