Fitness Does Not Guarantee Health. Health Does Not Guarantee Fitness.
So you consider your self to be fit, you consider yourself to be healthy. But having one does not necessarily ensure the other. I have been a fitness and well being coach/personal trainer for 15 years and have seen and heard it all about loosing weight, gaining muscle, increasing physical performance, nutrition and supplements, longevity strategies and overall well-being both physically and mentally.
