So when she finished eating, Sandy got her breakfast dishes together, put them on the counter, then bent down and opened the cabinet under the sink because that’s where she kept her bucket full of cleaning supplies complete with the big rubber gloves that seemed to come hanging from the spout of the big bucket. Taking out all of the cleaning supplies and placing them on the countertop , she then found the Murphy’s Oil Soap and filled the bucket with appropriate concoction then placed it on the floor by the back patio, propping the mop on the French window paned patio door. She then walked back over to the counter got the mister full of thieves solution and started spraying the countertops. Realizing she had a buncha different aromas goin on all at once she puttered over to the patio door, moved the bucket to the side and opened the door to let the breeze in.

Sandy had already decided she was not goin to call Cedric later because she had no intentions on goin over there for supper. And it wasn’t because of Cedric eating beef. Sandy was known to cheat a time or two herself because, as she would justify to herself, who doesn’t like a real good steak every once in a while?

Minnie fell asleep quickly, which was unusual for her since she was in an unfamiliar environment; but as Sandy soon came to realize, the enclosed patio attached to Cedric’s home was an environment of comfort. And immediately she felt at home. That’s why she didn’t stop herself from pouring the coffee for the both of them as if she had lived there her whole life.

Sandy didn’t know what was more disturbing to her the fact that she had butterflies swarming inside her from the baritone bellow of a man she had just met, or that when she opened up the back door to her patio that a very quick and talented spider managed to cover her whole door frame with a web, overnight.

Cedric couldn’t help but smile as he dropped his phone into his hoodie pocket. He also felt around for his sativa filled cone and lighter, before finding then unwrapping a cinnamon flavored tooth pick and sticking it into his mouth. He also stuffed Minnie’s leash into the back pocket of his jeans.

Sandy cussed softly under her breath as she reached into her sweater pocket and found it empty. Oblivious to Sandy’s distress, Minnie was circling under her feet, wagging her tail and wiggling happily because her Mommy was awake and they were about to go outside.
