My memories of my Uncles and Aunts.
My mind races back to those days when I was a little boy. The trips which our family took to Maryfield, Saskatchewan, during our summer holidays were very eventful. Maryfield was where our family always stopped in on our holidays as we visited my mother's grandparents.

Our walk down memory lane
Our journey on this uncertain path started around a year ago when we learned about a pandemic called Covid-19. I was still driving a taxi for a company which I had been with for a few years. I had been driving a taxi since June 1 of 1993. I drove a taxi from June of that year until May 7 of 2005, when I decided to end my full-time driving career with a part-time one instead.

A stroll down memory lane
Our journey began when my best friend and I started on the lane in which we chose to spend the rest of our lives travelling. We did not have a lot of money when we first started our journey. I remember this as if it happened yesterday.

Game Day
The sport which I do like to watch, of course, is hockey. However, no matter how important this game is, the snacks will make or break the experience. The main food which I personally do prefer is an extra ham and pineapple pizza with barbeque sauce. This will follow a huge box of barbeque wings and a huge cookie, five to ten people can share.

Covid-19 Adventures
I am an author of four books that have not succeeded in terms of book sales. I published my first book in 2013, a fiction book written in the first person of a resident in long-term care who used to be a nurse's aide. My feelings were hurt when a family member called my writing "trash" I gave my book to my dad as a gift. I was trying to get book sales, so I put a little bit of sexual content into it. This book was titled "The RSA Adventure-The untold story now revealed" This book really flopped sales of the book did not do as well as I thought that the sales should have been.

Memories of my Father
As I sit here in front of my computer screen, my heart is breaking, and I feel a sense of loss of a man I looked up to and respected for all of my life. My mind began to raceway back as far as I could remember. The first memories which came to my mind were when I just about lost my life at four years old.

The Adventures of Lorne W.P Vanderwoude
My memory takes me back to when I was seven years old. This was back in 1974 when I was six years old. I had a stutter which made it very hard for me to communicate with other people. I spent a lot of my spare time in my bedroom with all of my imaginary friends. Little Ted was with me as well as all of my friends. At that time, my brother and I shared a bedroom in the basement. In our bedroom was a bunk bed that my brother slept on top and I slept on the bottom.

The Adventures of Lorne W.P Vanderwoude
My name is Lorne W.P Vanderwoude. I was born on a Friday on April 26 in 1968. I was brought into this world by my birth mother. She had to give me up for adoption because of the fact that she had a mental disease. She held me for thirty minutes then I was taken away from her. I was sent from Red Deer to Edmonton just so she could not ever find me even if she wanted to.

Memories
My Grand Father was born in 1899 and my Grand Mother was born in 1911. I do have a lot of memories of my Grand Parents over the past years. When I was brought home from the adoption agency, in August of 1968, both of my Grand Parents raced across our street to get a glimpse of their new Grandson. Now, these memories were told to me by my parents over the years. As an infant, for some reason, I do not have any memories stored in my brain, of any event which happened while I was a baby. In a way, I do wish that I had these memories to draw from especially when I am writing all about my memories of my Grand Parents.
