The Return of the Order: Act 18
They remained tangled in each other's embrace until the first rays of light broke over the horizon. Sebastian untangled himself from Louisa's resting form and drew a bath. Waking her gently, he scooped Louisa into his arms. He lowered her into the warm water before sliding in behind her. She relaxed into him as Sebastian washed her hair and rubbed the aches from her back. Louisa tilted her head back, turning so her lips could find his, he returned the kiss, his tongue exploring her mouth. Breaking the kiss, Sebastian smirked, "As much as I would love to continue this, we have duties to attend to, and I need to find you a uniform before we begin."

The Return of the Order: Act 16
A low growl left Sebastian’s throat as he watched William alight from the coach and hold out his hand for Lilith. Raven followed behind, helping Margaret. Seeing their father, the twins rushed in and threw their arms around him. He hugged them tightly and kissed their foreheads. Sebastian was in the process of extricating himself from the twins when Lord Birch arrived to greet his newly arrived guest.

The Return of the Order: Act 15
Lord Birch looked at them both, confusion spread across his face. Louisa shifted in her seat. She then told him her story, reliving everything from the death of her mother and her capture by the Order to her arrival at the Phantomhive estate and her near-death at the hands of the renegade angel.

The Return of the Order: Act 13
It was just a short carriage ride from the station to Undertaker’s shop. The tension was palatable as they rode through the dirty, crowded streets. Louisa rode with the hood of her cloak up, hiding her features from anyone who cared to look. The sun was already low in the sky as they pulled up outside the shop. Alighting from the carriage, she ushered the group into the dimly light shop where William and Undertaker were waiting.

The Return of the Order: Act 14
Sebastian busied himself with his daily chores. The Undertaker’s visit the previous night had been unexpected and, in many ways, unwelcome. His unusual directness had caused Sebastian discomfort. As much as he was overjoyed that he would see his family, the danger that brought them to him filled him with rage. Now all he could do was wait and determine how he was going to break the news of their existence to his new master. He was contemplating just that when he saw the coach coming up the drive to the manor.

The Return of the Order: Act 12
They led the horses out in silence, each lost in their own thoughts as they set out across the deserted moorland. Louisa had insisted that the twins learned to ride at night, that they understood the movements and personalities of their horses so that they rode as one with complete trust. Clear skies and a full moon aided their ride; this coupled with the low light that Margaret conjured ensured the ride to Plymouth was uneventful. They arrived just as the first light of day spread across the horizon. Despite the time that had elapsed since their last visit, Louisa remembered her way through Plymouth’s still quiet streets. She led the group to stables close to the station where they said goodbye to the horses.

The Return of the Order: Act 10
The evening of the ball soon arrived. Louisa readied herself for the evening ahead. Peter had continued to call on Lilith in the intervening weeks, and she had spent time with him, always under the watchful eyes of her brother or Louisa. Outwardly, Peter had continued to be the perfect gentleman. Still, there was an underlying arrogance and had only become visible since Louisa's return from the demon realm. His declarations of feelings for Lilith were empty, and while they may have fooled a human, the twins and Louisa saw straight through them. There was lust in his eyes whenever he looked at Lilith, it was cold and calculating, and Louisa hated him all the more for it; yet without proof, she could not act. Lilith felt it too, and while she could not lie, she could choose her words carefully when he asked how she felt in return.

The Return of the Order—Act 9
A hush fell over the room. Typhon approached the twitching remains of the wolf demon, sliced open its chest, and wrenched out its heart. Louisa let the carcass fall and dropped to her knees in front of her father, a rather pale Ciel followed her lead as did every other demon in the room. Typhon devoured the heart, gaining its strength, while the last light still drained from the Amo's eyes. In one action, Louisa had foregone her opportunity to become the strongest demon in the realm and had reasserted her father's control.
