Orson Wells’ Citizen Kane
Citizen Kane directed and starring Orson Wells is considered a classic film as the story is intriguing, the cinematography is masterful and the parts are well casted. It is impossible to watch Citizen Kane and not be instantly pulled in to the fantastic life of Charles Kane. At first the way the story jumps from period to period in the characters life can be a bit confusing but once Kane’s story begins to be established it becomes easy to follow.

Living with Poverty
It was a night like every other night for Henry. The bitter winter winds rattled the window panes in his room and the plastic garbage bags he had over them to block the sun and insulate out the cold flapped as they filled with air. The moaning sound of the wind outside was accompanied by the sounds of an ambulance siren in the distance. Henry lay in his bed wrapped in layers of blankets shivering. Morning will come soon he thought to himself as he tried to fall asleep.

Transition to Paperless Documents
The idea of transitioning or going paperless can seem overwhelming initially. This however is easily swayed by the constantly increasing number of benefits found in switching from traditional paper documents. Migrating to paperless documents is not only a smart idea from the view of cost savings but it is also becoming more essential to stay competitive in most sectors of business (Ogletree, 2021). When questioning the idea of switching to paperless documents it is important to remember that there are many beneficial factors to making the migration. The process is environmentally friendly and promotes a responsible image to the public (Ogletree, 2021). There is a notable improvement in the organization of documents, making them easier to find and less likely to be lost (Ogletree, 2021). The overall efficiency of storing, accessing and sharing documents between locations and customers is much higher and less stressful (Ogletree, 2021). There is also a higher degree of security with paperless documents (Ogletree, 2021). It becomes much easier to monitor who access sensitive information, when and why.

A Look at "The Metamorphosis"
As Gregor lay in bed, he said to himself "Before it strikes a quarter past seven, whatever happens I must be completely out of bed. Besides, by then someone from the office will arrive to inquire about me, because the office will open before seven o'clock." (Kafka et al., 13). This line is interesting because it is so relatable. There are very few people who have not had this experience at some point in their lives.

Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector
Artificial intelligence can be used in a variety of ways that can benefit humanity and society. With the development of more advanced AI computers are able to assist law enforcement agencies but, in the process, run the risk of violating personal and civil liberties. When a new technology is introduced as it was in the case study (Princeton University, N.D.) officials often keep them secret to ensure the trial process runs smoothly, this violates the democratic rights the community. The mayor implements the software as quickly as possible to reduce crime rates but in doing so she is stepping beyond the power of her office by not allowing the community to be involved in the decision. When the mayor sees crime is on the rise again, she decides to take action and change the parameters of how the software works which makes the system into a form of predictive policing.

Counseling Components for Individuals with Disabilities
Counseling components for meeting special career requirements of people with disabilities are important to help ensure the individuals feel confident in their daily tasks and are successful in their careers. Many people with disabilities face challenges not only while trying to perform their duties but also when having to deal with the perceptions of others in the workplace toward someone with a disability. There is a ripple effect that is caused from this perception, the individual with the disability has to deal with the feelings that arise knowing that they are viewed or thought of in this way, that individual then may be less forthcoming when they need assistance and as a result be impeded to perform their duties and have a fulfilling career.

Artistic Qualities of an Aboriginal Rock Drawing
Art is a way through which certain people interact with each other and express themselves. The aboriginal rock drawing “Wanjinda” and Michellango’s “Last Judgment” show a lot of similar artistic qualities. The aboriginal rock drawing is one of the oldest forms of art found throughout the history of man. From the illustrations that were presented in the readings, it could be seen that the Aboriginal people are able to claim that they have the longest tradition in this medium and that tradition has not been broken. The examples of the earliest works which were created by the Aboriginal people and included various paintings and artworks that were created on rocks and in caves. It has been identified that many of the societies that were involved in creating this art have become extinct however Aboriginal art still thrives in Australia today. This is as there are artists in Australia who still use the traditional methods for creating artworks which have become part of Australian culture for thousands of years. Michelangelo's “Last Judgement” is also an important artwork from history and represents an important moment in Christian art. The focus of the paper is concentrated on comparing and contrasting the artistic qualities of Aboriginal Rock Drawings (The Wanjinda) and Michellango’s Last Judgment.

Benefits of a Database in the Workplace
While most of my essays have sources and are based on exterior information this one is based on my own experience and evaluation of implementing databases in both the medical and automotive industry. It was written as a case study for a class I took later in life to become Microsoft Access Certified. While it is no secret a database is effective in creating a secure way to manage data, those who are planning to implement one may be looking for some reasons as to why.

Trends in Science Fiction Movies
Classic and modern science fiction films, or movies as they are called today all seem to share some similar trends. While there is a definite standard with situations in the films that leaves them to be predictable at times, there is also a degree of social influence that plays a role. In fact if one was to watch a film released in the 1970's they may find there to be a lot of politically incorrect language, offensive humor or concepts that have since been proven to be flat out wrong. A good comparison of this would be to look at the original film Ghostbusters released in 1984 and compare it to the dumpster fire reboot made in 2016. While the studio had hoped to rekindle the love of older generations to with the franchise while enticing a younger audience, they instead caused many of us to anxiously want a reboot of the reboot.

How a CISO Uses Social Science Research
The field of Cyber Security is ever evolving. As hardware and software becomes more advanced so do the level of threats. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) has become an essential role in most organizations (Monzelo et al, 2019). It is the responsibility of the CISO to develop an information security plan, implement that plan and continually adjust policies and procedures as required (Monzelo et al, 2019). The CISO role requires an understanding of the requirements of the organization it is protecting (Monzelo et al, 2019). There is also a need for understanding the behavior and habits of users in order to identify a possible security risk before it occurs (Monzelo et al, 2019). By using social science research, a CISO can effectively identify suspicious behavior and predict a security risk before it happens.

To Comma or Not to Comma
In my travels I have often come across many people who tell me they are stupid for having issues with English. I always say to them they are not stupid, English is difficult. With so many generations of slang and different dialect created around the world, proper, written English can be very difficult for anyone. When it comes to writing a law, rule or agreement the interpretation of how the language is written, rather than how it is intended to be read, is how any decision based on the wording will be made. Imagine making a 5 million dollar mistake over misinterpreting the writing of a labor law rule in your native language.

Communicating Professionalism
Abstract A team of six people are tasked to make the decision of how to use a vacant piece of company property located centrally in a metropolitan area. The property has no structures on it and is paved. Approximately 20% of the land is covered in debris and neighbors have filled complaints with the local officials about its state and undesirable gatherings happening there in the late evenings. Although the location is considered prime real estate it is not being utilized and as a result produces a fiscal loss in taxes and basic utility fees each year. The team is to explore and unanimously decide on the best option to manage the property by reducing or eliminating financial loss and improving perception of property with the community.
