Instant Pot Tzatziki Chicken and Rice

As a Canadian, this past weekend I have celebrated Thanksgiving. Getting together with friends and family and enjoying a meal is one of the best parts of celebrating Thanksgiving. Another great part of the holiday is all of the leftovers that these celebrations create.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you ask me one of the most underrated desserts out there is the cookie. Cookies are delicious and can come in many different shapes, sizes, and flavors. There are so many different kinds of cookies out there; chocolaty, fruity, healthy, sweet, savory and so on. Heck, I've seen some pretty delicious looking hybrid cookies out there that we may have to try and make sometime soon. S'more cookies anyone?

Instant Pot Cinnamon Honey Carrots
In my quest to find as many delicious Instant Pot recipes as possible, I have found perhaps the holy grail of carrot recipes. I am a huge fan of carrots. It’s possibly one of the best side dishes ever and always comes to mind whenever reminiscing about family dinners or events. Now those dinners were usually with my grandmother’s secret brown sugar glazed carrot recipe but the sweetness of the brown sugar is not missed one little bit. Perhaps the next recipe I cover will be my grandmother's grown sugar glazed carrots.

Blueberry Cake. Top Story - April 2018.
I happen to live in a town that has the best blueberry picking. People come from all over the place just to get a chance to pick these delicious blueberries. It makes blueberry desserts an instant go to in the summertime. Now I don't know about where you live, but where I live here in Canada, we are on our fifth winter of this year and I am over it. But since the snow isn't going anywhere for a little while, I thought the next best thing would be to make some of my favorite summertime desserts in anticipation of the warmer weather.

Instant Pot Lasagna
As everyone already knows, I am a huge pasta fan. It can be any kind of pasta, doesn't matter what kind but I am a fan. One of the best pasta meals has got to be lasagna. Now lately everyone in my house has been on a bean kick so I thought why not combine these two lovely foods into one big delicious meal. Bean lasagna is a delicious vegetarian option and every bit as good as its meaty counterpart. Beans are an excellent way to pack a hearty punch of protein and fiber into your meal and is very cost effective.
