I've been writing for 41 years, briefly professionally. My poetry was included in the anthology Soaring With Wind circa 1985 and recognized for writing excellence during my time as a student at Bellevue University graduating Cum Laude

Little Black Book
The train was leaving the station. A wave of relief washed over Ellie. For the first time in hours she felt that she might be safe. The train would make several stops as it traveled from the East coast to Still Water Nebraska, to home.
