Our phones are killing our creativity
Being online is so uncool. Maybe it's the fact I've turned 25 and my frontal lobe has fully developed, or maybe it's the fact that influencers and brands are opting more for IRL (in real life) events rather than online. Or perhaps I have hit a wall and realised - what the fuck am I doing?

New Year’s Resolutions…again. Honorable Mention in New Year, New Projects Challenge.
Holy mac and cheese…2024 went by in a blink of an eye, didn’t it? It only feels like two moments ago that I was writing down New Year’s resolutions for 2024 and thinking “this will be the year I get my third draft done.”

An Apology To Myself. Top Story - February 2024.
Dear Me, I am sorry. Sorry that you're still working your 9-5, sorry that creative burnout got the best of you, sorry that comparison has gripped you so tight that you have robbed yourself of any happiness. Sorry that you thought you could make it, and you haven't yet. Sorry that writing seems so hard and you end up staring blankly at the page or the screen and inevitably your attention turns back to social media and endless scrolling.

Scribblitis
“I’ve got a pretty serious case.” Daniel said solemnly. He was breaking the news to his best friend, Peter. They had been besties since forever and they spent all their time at the library, losing themselves into the works of glorious authors - Tolkien, King, Gaiman.

Narcissus and The Gods - A Halloween Short
The Gods used to be kind, or so they say. They would accept the offerings the humans sacrificed and in return the Gods would grant their wishes, cure their ill, fight the battles that the humans could not. The Gods would bless their crops and the humans would keep up their offerings. They would mention the Gods in their prayers and in return the Gods would fulfil their needs and wants. But, the humans soon became too dependant, and even sooner the Gods got too greedy.
