Just a Dream
Lily Mae life was prefect she couldn’t help smiling at herself in the mirror. Things were so bad in her past she shudders at the thought of them. Then she tucked the bad memories in the back of her mind she had to get ready for her day. The first thing was she had to focus on the good things in her life it always calmed her. In anger management they said if you focused on the good, when the bad happens you don’t do anything reckless because you have good things in your life that you don’t want to lose. I genuinely believe that I wouldn’t want to lose my scholarship to my school that I love and have built a life here. I and my two best friends have made an entertainment production group, where we record on issues and events. Then there was my perfect boyfriend. He was a senior, even though I was just a sophomore, I could tell it was true love. He was gorgeous, with his gorgeous brown eyes and his gorgeous smile. He had all the right muscles and knew all the right things to say. We weren’t the typical couple in love they didn’t have to show it in public with kisses and sweet nothings to make everyone jealous. We had witty banter conversations the debated about movies sports politics, everything, and anything. We didn’t spend every waking moment together because I had my entertainment production group, and he had all the things he did which was a lot. However, we always made time for each other we always ate breakfast and dinner together and he’d come over to do homework and watch movies after his football practices. I would have to stop daydreaming about him if I was going to meet him for breakfast. I got dressed and started my walk to the school. My babe hated that I walked he always wanted to give me a ride, but I needed the exercise. When I got to dinner hall and saw him feelings from when I first met him came back. All the butterflies and lust and little girl feeling I was nineteen and he made me feel like I was nine. I walked up to him trying to calm myself; I still could not believe he was mine. I mean I am pretty. I have a fabulous figure a pretty face and a gorgeous smile, but I just did not think I deserve such perfection. He was staring at me when I finally got next to him.

Thaj and the Storm
He walked along the place he called home. He placed his hand upon the trunk of the tree whose bark was a deep rich brown the same as his eyes and smooth skin. He sat down and place his back to the old oak where his parents met and breathed in the earthy smell of familiar. He heard the chirping of the papa bird building his nest for his family in the branches of the oak and tilted his head back against the trunk to watch. He ran his tongue over his full lips and tasted the sweet blueberries that he picked from the bushes along his favorite trail leading to this spot to snack on not too long ago. “Oak; what is it I’m missing?” His deep voiced matched the thunder that sounded as a response. Thaj looked up to the sky and saw the storm clouds approaching. He didn’t attempt to move; this was is most comforting spot in this world, his domain.
