Embracing the Potential of Esports: A Parent's Journey
Every Discipline has the potential to empower. Gaming and Esports offer much more. Recently, a dear friend, who happens to be a mother, reached out to me seeking advice on whether she should invest in her son's passion for Esports. Her son had requested a PlayStation 5 console with a headset, which carried a hefty price tag of approximately 9,000 Ghana Cedis. Considering the current economic crisis in Ghana, this was a significant investment that would require dipping into her Provident Fund.
