The Mad Monster of Murky Lake
"Go on; go in! Unless you're...CHICKEN!" I didn't need to hear anymore out of the neighborhood boys. "Sam" Kitwell was NO chicken! My only challenge was to get into the lake, swim out to the end of the pier, swim to the buoy, and swim back. After all, "everyone in the neighborhood had done it!" This was how they had ALL proven they had belonged; and I sure wanted to belong in the neighborhood.

HEALTH
"Hey, Fellow Vocalites; it's your buddy, Kent. How are you doing today...?" No; HOW are you doing today? ...You don't even owe me (or anyone else, for that matter) the most honest answer to that question in a given moment. It can be awkward enough to honestly pinpoint "how you're doing" (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically) in the nanoseconds between hearing the question until an answer is expected. I do, however, encourage you to take a moment and reflect on that answer for yourself.

ASSAULT ON JUSTICE
The airship loomed through the skies as an electromechanical, ominous threat to its intended targets. Josiah Shark sat at the ship’s controls, Desperado was a coherent navigator, and “Doctor” Luthor Vanderice was at the weapon controls. Bull, Dr. Eclipso, and the Living Lazer would actually prove useful at entering the base just before they all worked together as one to end T.J.’s program and unravel the thought of the union of Teen Justice. Simon, the sinister Cyborg-Man, could only sit on his throne at the vast epicenter of his airship and gloat about the assured success of his latest scheme. He had devised the plans of splitting Teen Justice onto separate missions; even his electronic brain had failed to recognize just how swiftly the villains as individuals would lose against meta-powered adolescents. Simon had since made the adjustment and the union of the Injustice Metas was the result.

Top 10 “Scooby” Scares
As a child of the 80s, I grew up on some of the best in syndicated animation. At the same time that I was enjoying “He-Man,” “G.I. Joe,” or “Thundercats,” it was also incredibly common to find “Scooby-Doo” on in reruns as his old adventures, and newer ones too, were still quite popular at the time.

Simon
Josiah Shark had been beaten by a girl; and the youngest member of Teen Justice. Dr. Ivan Eclipso (M[aster of] D[ark]) had enlisted help for his mission; and STILL lost to a member of Teen Justice who had sent both he AND Zoe Stollin (The Living Lazer) packing. “Doctor” Luthor Vanderice had been dickering in a war of words with a Teen Justice advocate; just before losing an actual fight to his girlfriend.

T.J.
[Metahumans; humanity born with extra-normal powers and abilities. They know not who they are at birth; their powers begin to manifest if their teenage years. As teenagers, they are naturally confused and feel misunderstood by a world that they simply want to share with their “normal” neighbors. Does tomorrow belong to unity; or to division…? I’m Raymond Jenks; this social science study is my life’s work…]

THE BACHELOR IN ETHERIA
The Sorceress's portal did indeed spit us out in Etheria; for all of my times watching "He-Man," I religiously paid close attention to "She-Ra" as well. Nevertheless, as Adam and Cringer emerged from the portal as well, I glanced around to realize that this was not the Whispering Woods of the Rebel Camp. Then again, it was clearly not the Horde's Fright Zone either.
