Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.

Healing Mental Illness
In order to truly implement change, we must start in our own community, and branch out. The population of those who suffer from mental illness is growing, and will continue to do so until it is truly recognized as an issue that is in dire need of help. I implore you to take action in this regard, so those who do in fact suffer from mental illness, whether it be something such as depression, or something like schizophrenia, or autism, we all suffer from to some extent. I firmly believe that mental illness is not an isolated incident that only a percentage of the population suffer from, it is something that is spurred on by drug use, abuse, neglect, violence, and all sorts of things which fragment the mind and cause people to develop what are very often, unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Embrace Your Weakness, Make It Your Strength
I have struggled with mental illness for a large part of my adult life, and even since before then, as a child, I still suffered from mental illness. I began doing research after my wife passed away, into the impact which sound has on mental illness, and in my initial findings, i came across a frequency known as ILF or Infra Low Frequency. I have utilized this frequency for the past 5 years to mitigate the symptoms and impact of mental illness, and have had astonishing results in my experience. I have much more energy and a much greater focus than I have ever had, utilizing this frequency in collaboration with the solfeggio frequencies, I have nearly eradicated the symptoms which I used to suffer from.

I have been working very hard for the last 5 years to overcome trials that have been rather difficult to overcome, but as I have been consistently working on my own shortcomings, It would seem that I have inspired hope in those who are close to me. Through gaining the strength, through my own spiritual practices, and faith in my higher power, I have been on the road to recovery, Stable in my actions, and also very consistent in helping others to do the same thing, through perceptional awareness as well as through situational awareness in regards to battling the disease of addiction.

The State of Things
We live in a world, that is constantly changing, and growing, and advancing at a rate, that continues to astonish. There is not a whole lot of time to adapt to these changes, since the pace at which things are changing is faster, than it has ever been in the past. I have realized that if I want something in this world, and I want it bad enough, I will work my hardest to achieve whatever that goal may be.

Hard Work Pays Off
The reason I work as hard as I do, is because in the past, I have not always been focused on the present, and that has caused me to lose vast amounts of time from my life, worrying about the future, or having regrets about the past, since I have begun my Ascent into a life of determination and hope.

Thank God For Small Blessings
I have been having kind of an off day today, It started out with me awakening from a dream that I was participating in unhealthy behaviors from my past, and the First thing I said when I woke up was, thank god that shit is in the past. The unhealthy behavior was active addiction, and the dream was one that made me cringe when I woke up.
