Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.

Lifes Challenges
Life is going to be something that presents trials, in whatever path you choose to take, and these trials are challenges, that are meant to strengthen our resolve, our resiliency and our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional strength. I witness people on a daily basis, who are not awakened to the fact that whatever challenge may arise, it is hiding an opportunity, to better oneself, in some way.

Never Lose Hope
I see a gathering of individuals, with a desire, that burns deep within their hearts, to make a positive impact on this world, and doing their due diligence, to ensure they do just that. I find that when we express the unique identity that each one of us share, we become more than we were, and ascend further towards who we are meant to be. I have had a drastic experiential event transpire, in which a mental shift has been able to take place, and which was invoked by a desire to become someone that not only my wife could be proud of, but someone that I am proud of as well.

Cultivating Kindness
I had a rather unique experience last night, where I went to the gas station, and got a soda, and a few pieces of candy. Upon preparing to leave the gas station, a man signaled me from across the parking lot, at first glance it seemed as though he was wanting me to buy something, from my initial perspective, but I soon realized that he was asking for help. This man was clearly not from this country, and to make matters even harder for him, he only had one eye, and at the sight of him, my heart was filled with a vast amount of empathy for his situation.

Walking Your Path. Top Story - December 2023.
We all have a different perception of what life is supposed to look like, in regards to success, or failure. Many of us believe that if someone does not have excessive amounts of money, with which to do whatever they choose, that they have not achieved a level of success that is noteworthy, this however is not the case. It is not about how much money we have, that determines whether or not we are successful, it is in all actuality, a state of mind.

Medical Ignorance
Prior to my wifes passing, her and is discussed what we wanted the other to do, in the event one of us was to pass away before the other, and my promise to my wife was multifaceted. I promised to do my due diligence in taking care of my elderly brother in law, and my disabled sister in law. I made my most recent trip down to visit them, and am horrified to find, that the doctor over my sister in laws care, has completely taken her off of all of her medication which is vital for her mental illness, to be in a stabilized place.

Social Media Corruption
Facebook is becoming something of a horror in my opinion. What was meant to be a means of social contact between family and friends, yet it has become an information repository for god knows what. I just had my Facebook account shut down for reasons unknown, and this took place yesterday, but not before the company, fraudulently took 70 dollars out of my bank account, which I never authorized, so the means to even attempt to fix this issue is now beyond my grasp.

Share What You Know
Life is very chaotic at many times for many people, this being the case, makes it fairly difficult to know which path to take, which path is right for you, or what action to take, in any given situation. It can be scary when we are left alone in the world, and have no guides to help us to continue walking a path, that is spiritually pure, and emotionally rewarding, as well as financially stabilizing. I never dreamt of the strength that losing the most important part of my life would instill within me over the long run.

Enduring Kindness
We are living in a time, where cruelty seems to be overshadowing kindness, this is something that should never take place. With your words and your deeds, allow kindness to emanate from you, as though there is an unending supply of love and compassion present within your heart and spirit, because it is in fact the truth. We make choices every single day, that may seem rather small in scope, however, the nature of these choices, is the heartbeat of the person making them.

Helping Hands
When you are given the chance to help someone, who is looking in earnest for help, for all the right reasons, you should not turn them down, if it lies within your capacity to in fact help. When we realize the value of not only ourselves, but the divinity which we all possess, ourselves, and others alike, and begin to recognize this quality in those with which we come in contact with, it makes life such a beautiful experience. Occurrences which may seem like those of random chance, begin to happen at a rate, which is far to prevalent to be labeled as chance, in my experience.

Self Care
We live in a world, that is very noisy, and very distracting. In order for us to maintain a sense of focus, and continue moving in a direction that is truly conducive with growth, in a most positive and beneficial way, we must practice the employment of effective self care techniques. Self care techniques, are ways in which you escape, albeit, momentarily from the hustle and bustle of this busy, fast paced world. Whether this be something such as meditation, exercise, writing, painting, listening to music, or any such other activity, that helps you to feel refreshed, after a long and arduous period of time, that can be taxing, whether this is a day, a week, or a month, it is vital for us to stay aware of what it is that our bodies need, in order to function at their most optimal level.

Perception Is Everything. Top Story - November 2023.
Life is not easy for any of us, for one persons mountain, could be another persons mole hill and visa versa. When dealing with individuals who choose to place the value of monetary wealth over the value of people, I feel incredible pity. No matter what situation you may find yourself in, it is up to you to decide, how that situation, whether good, or bad, will effect you.
