One Way to Live Longer That We ALL Overlook

I used to want to live forever. Now, that is not the case. But with that being said, I would like to live a long and healthy life. One thing that I discovered while listening to Eckhart Tolle, who was born in the 1940s, is that he looks like he's in his forties, but he's actually in his 70's!
