We are Entering The Fall/Winter Arc
We are entering our slow transition into Fall and before you know it we are entering our winter arc of our stories. This is the time when things start to slowly go back into a state of dormancy, conserve energy only to rise up again when the Spring comes. I feel the same can apply to people, especially women. We experience our cycles each month in relation to the moon as well as the seasons. Even when menstruation is not present, a woman’s body is still tuning into the seasons and moon cycles. It’s all energy. This transition happening as Persephone makes her descent back into the realm of Hades (for those who don’t know Persephone is the goddess of spring, who once spring is over she returns back to the underworld with Hades the god of death.). This is our period to ease into rest, to slow down and let our bodies hibernate.

Defining Worth
Growing up I’ve been told “Go to high school, get your diploma, go to college, work hard at a job and stay there if the pay is good and you have excellent benefits. Then after 35-40 years you can then retire with your 401k and go live the rest of your life somewhere nice.”
