"Spam for Shortage"
The story begins in the air cadet's gym of a small city. The daughter of a powerful air medical delivery man has always dreamed of his child serving in the war, and little did they know a different type of war was about to happen. The young lady's name is Jenna; she is 16 years old and is about to receive her pivots license for free from the cadets, as she pledged to remain in the forces. She trains hard and puts in long hours. She quickly becomes the leader of her group and has been honored with many colors; Upon arrival to the forces, she was given a number and told to remember it for her entire stay because, at this point, they're all numbers (6320). Jenna grew confused and asked what that meant. The male sergeant with a blank face said, "stand in line," and walked away. The groups are all divided, and they're all informed they'll fly to different countries worldwide as they're experiencing a severe shortage in the food industry. Crops are not growing the same because of pollution, and the animal population has decreased drastically because of the human population hunting for food and entertainment.

A.A Reunion
The story starts in a small reception hall filled with different individuals of all cultures and gender; essential to mention because many have formed groups within the crowd and respond differently to the information provided due to the culture’s overall belief system. Many of the women keep away from the men because most in the crowd are victims of rape. However, two people are about to change the overall dynamics. In the front of the room is a former AA member Sarah who has been sober for two years and had her first glass of wine three days ago at a reunion. In her terms, the young lady’s family castrated her, saying she would never change; heartbroken, she was getting ready to relapse but instead remained outside the liquor store and eventually returned home. She shares with the group and adds she felt saddened that she could not share this enormous breakthrough with her family and friends because of the glass of wine. The crowd cheered for her, and some even came to provide her with a hug. Sarah begins to cry and says thank you. The coordinator of the program smiles and says, “I believe you have something to share for us?” Sarah wipes her tears and says, “yes, I wrote a poem called the past is only part of me. I used the poetry to help me overcome my emotions and felt this would be something the group could benefit from hearing and possibly applying themselves in their recoveries.” The crowd starts to cheer, and someone in the crowd says, “get it, girl.” Sarah takes the mic and begins to pace in the front of the room and says, after taking a deep breath:

The Raging Dream
The story starts in a phycologist’s office: John has been getting anxious over a dream he has been having for the past few days. John expresses that each time he falls asleep, a raging bull is running towards him. He says his entire dream involves him running away. The moment the bull catches up to him, we would wake up. He continues to add; he would wake up because the person he idolizes the most in the world would appear in front of him and scream, “wake up.” The phycologist asked him if anything occurred leading up to the dreams. John had expressed he has been under a lot of stress, and the only time he would relax is when he would sleep or his idol was doing something new. The phycologist says, “So you found something that allows you to take time for yourself, that’s good. Do you think that can help you overcome your stressors?” John smiles and says, “Yes, but at the same time, no. I am busy reading many scripts while working full time to provide for myself and my parents, who lost all their savings due to damages caused by a tornado to their home. I mentioned I took time for myself when my idol was doing something new; I did not mention, many times, I would seek that Zen when my stressors are at their peak. Still, when I return to reality, I guess you can say the raging bull returns.”
