-Woman Abuse, it something serious.

-The abuser feels in power, and that’s delirious.

-Is it their self-worth? Why the need to curse?

-Worthy people always ride, no fist high, remain by your side.

-Here to another bye, why try, a promise in my final goodbye.

-Source says it’s one and every three, Mooney, Holmes, Knox, and Schacht are thee.

-They say the youngest are at greater risk; 25 and below reported this.

-But they add, not many talks abuse, but what types are there? It is the most important news.

-The four name five, about to name them, stay alive.

-Common couple violence is one; they say it’s the act of occasional acts, hun.

-Violence from time to time gets out of control; they’re not lying.

-They name intimate terrorism as two; it’s a motive to control you.

-They say this form is likely to escalate, involve severe injuries, and that’s not great.

-Violent resistance, they name as three, acts of violence to defend thee.

-Defend thee, in that the woman fights back, they added woman exclusively perpetrated that.

-Mutual violent control, they name for four. A rare pattern of abuse, where the two, number two’s, are in a battle for power, to come through

-Then they name sexual aggression for five, sex against one’s will, can you stay alive?

-Can blame the Alcohol, also the drugs; but no excuses to receives PTSD, hun.

-They add Canada’s percentages are increasingly high; woman and children to shelters are piecing their Zen, they try.

-At least they added spousal homicide has decreased, the joy in saying less, rest in peace.

-But the problem is many live in a cycle, return for one more chance, trying for their honeymooning with a rival.

-Can we call it denial; we pray they make it to the trial.

-9/11 to dial, “understanding social problems” hasn’t been done in a while.

-Back to the denial; no disrespect when I say this; It’s those women who believe in the better, reason I say this.

-But then again, trauma has a process too; let’s lay them steps out for you.

-So first, according to my VC studies, the event is one; look back at the five I named, hun.

-The change in the brain becomes our two; the abuse becomes unprocessed, so your emotions are contained too.

-And then the current stress for three, something that reminds you of my first A B.

-Then four is your emotional state; mental health sliding in, and that’s not great.

-Then VC names self-destructive actions as five; Suicide and self-harm, promise never to die?

-But of course, then here comes the cycle, and you become the number 4; Destructive behaviors, conscience or un, inflecting pain, don’t do that no gain.

-But now let’s go to why I believe we woman go back, Number 7 we retreat, isolation got you wanting to go back.

-But before all that, Shawty, remember your worth, better to be alone than to live a more significant hurt.

-So, on revert, revert, it can never get undone; checking the history, an abuser changing is slim to none.

-They can give you everything, but what’s the purpose if you can’t live, hun? Promise an abuser project’s the best manipulation, hun.

-So, revert, revert, undone, again, it likely won’t happen, we can go into the cycle of abuse, the reality of severe abuse, revert, it won’t happen.

-So, what happens, in the end, is what I am getting to; you’re worth more than the belief the abuser placed in you.

-It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy, and I seriously hope you’ll one day get by; forgiving an abuser, say no to a multiple try.

-KNOW YOUR WORTH Before you say a final goodbye, meaning one day, your abuser could make you die.

SAY GOODBYE
