Cacao reflections
I have recently started a course on ceremonial cacao foundations through a company called Ora. This course teaches about cacao and it’s ancient and modern history; while also exploring how to use cacao in a way that is transformative to your life. You may be wondering how I came to this course; and I am more than happy to explain.

How “Beat Bobby Flay” revived my marriage
My husband and I like to watch TV at the end of the day before bed. We would alternate between each of us, choosing what we wanted and sometimes having discussions based on these shows. I love drama and smut, so my choices were reality TV shows. He likes comedy, so it was always something light and funny. Recently, we have been in mind to have entertainment and learn something: que “Beating Bobby Flay.” My husband used to watch this show in high school and was excited to watch something outside the realm of what we usually choose; I was happy he was showing me something that meant something to him.

First children’s book published. Can I call myself a writer now?
Without further ado, my book “The Stars That Shine” is finally out. Hardcover and paperback on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. When I was younger, I would go to B&N with my grandma. Those memories were my favorite times with grandma. I am so excited to finally be an author available through these providers. I would love to know if you like this book for your children!!!

I'd rather see your Star explode . Top Story - October 2023.
When a house stops feeling like a home, and your body constantly nags you to “go home,” you can’t help but wonder if silence is, in fact, golden. I stared at my husband, seeing his smug face sitting at his computer as he worked. He didn’t notice I was drilling holes into his head with my eyes. We rarely fought, but when we did, I remembered that my kind-hearted lover had a side that reminded me of my father.
