James Reviews: 'The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part'
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller have spent the 2010s becoming a powerhouse duo in Hollywood. From remaking Jump Street, to adapting Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and winning Oscars for their work on Into the Spider-Verse, everything they touch is certified gold. If the folks at Disney/Lucasfilm understood that, Solo might have just made its budget back.

James Reviews: 'The Mule'
If Clint Eastwood has one universally respectable trait, it's knowing what type of movie he can or can't make. After being in the business since the 1970s, he has quite the body of work, playing iconic characters such as Dirty Harry and the Man With No Name, he's garnered fans from multiple generations. Unfortunately no longer able to take on physical heavy roles, he's managed to create films behind and in front of the camera despite his age. This time around, he reteams with Gran Torino writer Nick Schenk for another Eastwood featured vehicle. Given how much driving is featured in this movie, that pun was entirely intentional.

James Reviews: 'Glass'
A lot can be said for Shyamalan's career, having been once hailed as the next Steven Spielberg, only to fall from grace and spend the late 2000s and early 2010s turning out bad film after bad film. However, after 2015s The Visit, something strange started to happen, we started assuming that he was on the path to reclaiming his former glory. Then, two years later, a little movie came along called Split, a January release that garnered very positive reviews and smashed the box office. The icing on the cake was learning that it was a spin-off of Unbreakable, and that the inevitable crossover was coming soon. Fast forward to now, and there's a more mixed response in the air. While it is an inferior entry in the now named Eastraill 177 trilogy, it manages to subvert expectations without coming across as pompous or overreaching.

James Reviews: 'Bumblebee'
The first thought that comes to mind when hearing of a Transformers spin-off is how they could damage the franchise even further. After the dismal fifth entry from Michael Bay, which became the lowest grossing film of the series, it seemed that the best option would be to shut down the franchise. A change of director has done some good, as Bumblebee is a fun, charming adventure with a strong lead in Hailee Steinfeld.

Reviewing Four Insane Theories About 'Avengers: Endgame'
It's no secret that Avengers: Endgame will make big changes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and bring the stories of so many characters to a close. While there will be a few heroes bowing out of the franchise for good, there are still some new additions that will carry the torch into the next major storyline that will go on until 2028. Marvel announced their lineup of release dates not too long ago; however, they have yet to attach movies. For now, it's only natural to guess what will be coming out and when.

The 2019 Box Office at a Glance. Top Story - March 2019.
Another year of movies has come and gone, and 2018 has left quite the impression, surpassing 2016 to become the biggest year for movies at $11.9 billion at the domestic box office, with plenty of surprises to boot. There was Black Panther becoming the highest-grossing superhero movie in North America, Infinity War hitting $2 billion worldwide, a Queen biopic making more money than several tentpole films, a Star Wars movie bombing at the box office, the sixth installment of Mission Impossible dodging sequel rot, and Aquaman quickly rising up the ranks to become the highest grossing movie of the DCEU. All things considered, it's no surprise that 2018 did so well, and looking ahead to 2019, it promises to be bigger and better.

'Aquaman' – Movie Review
Despite the critical and commercial successes of Wonder Woman, the DC Extended Universe seemed to be on the rocks after the dismal Justice League. With the latest continuation of the franchise coming out an unlucky 13 months later, Warner Bros needed a win to secure the franchise's future. For the most part, Aquaman is that win. It doesn't have the same love from critics that Wonder Woman garnered, but the reception is still positive, and in terms of a financial win, it's shaping up to be a big one. Maybe even the biggest we've seen since the days of the Dark Knight trilogy, but that remains to be seen.

'The First Purge' - Movie Review
They say that every movie starts at a 5 out of 10 and either goes up or down from there. The first few lines of this movie’s dialogue are spoken by a junkie clearly off his rocker, and an interviewer. The junkie’s name is Skeletor (yes, really), and he’s talking about why he’s an addict in awkward close-up. The movie finishes its cold opening with these lines. Skeletor: “I want to release this pain. To purge.” Interviewer: “Purge. Interesting choice.” Then we cut to the title card. So far, this movie is sitting at a perfect zero.

9 Movies to Look out for This Summer
After the tremendous success of Infinity War, summer is about to officially kick off with this week's Deadpool 2, followed by Solo: A Star Wars Story the week after, then Ocean's 8, Incredibles 2, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Ant-Man and The Wasp, Skyscraper, Mission Impossible: Fallout, andThe Megin the upcoming months. With very few stinkers in sight, it should be a solid summer with plenty of box office hits that will give the film industry a nice boost. However, there are some movies that might slip under the casual moviegoers' radar—some that might be deserving of that sweet blockbuster revenue, even if the movies themselves aren't what one would call blockbusters.

The 'Infinity War' B.O
Early projections currently have Infinity War opening somewhere between 235-255 million dollars, with a domestic sum of $565-650 million. Those aren’t bad numbers by any stretch, but it's possible that analysts are underestimating the film's overall performance. Let’s do the math and see how, well, or far off the current predictions are for Infinity War's domestic box office haul.

'Black Panther' Review
Picking up shortly after the events of Civil War, Black Panther is about T’Challa becoming king of the nation of Wakanda. This place has technology that’s far advanced than the rest of the world thanks to their private supply of Vibranium. However, excommunicated Erik Killmonger has returned, and is ready to take the throne for himself.

Tomb Raider Review
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. There's something weird about this movie. It's not the worst video game adaptation ever, yet it's still very lacking in its story, the brutal survivalist nature of the game, and how it handles the character of Lara Croft. The problems are made very evident early on, and while it tries to redeem itself in the third act, its struggles are more or less in vain.
