Energy Healing
I have experienced Theta healer from a healer who used to help me with practically keeping me stable as well as from experiencing medication side effects. Theta healing helps with chronic pain, such as that from my fingers because my fingers are a sight for my lancets in order to draw blood. Theta healing is about reprogramming basic beliefs, which the client keeps in their subconscious. My basic belief is: I will never get a job because of my disability, and my knee injury isn’t making this belief any easier to keep around. You see, I’ve managed to do away with this belief since I’m looking for a job that values me.

Reiki Healing
Usui Reiki began in the late 1800s, with a spiritual quest while fasting 21 days on Mt. Koriyama, and then before his death in 1930, he made16-18 Reiki masters, according to Diane Stein’s Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to An Ancient Healing Art. Crossing Press, Berkeley, California, 1995. You see, Reiki has existed since Buddha worked on Buddhism. In other circles, Jesus may have survived his Crucifixion. He knew of Reiki, which is a Japanese word but also found in the Middle East by another name while Buddhism spread. Reiki is hands-on healing that has to do with symbols you draw on the palm of your hands.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine is an Eastern discipline. As an Eastern discipline, it means that it doesn’t follow Western medical practices, which is why some people see this as fraudulent or incongruent with Western medicine. I want to study acupuncture and other aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine as I got hooked in one Qigong class. Acupuncture can calm my rage issues, including my anxiety. Acupuncture really does work. In this, I’m not a skeptic. Acupuncture does involve needles stuck into meridian points all over the body. Acupuncture must be performed using sterile needles. However, you have to be wary of Chinese herbal products, which are contaminated with drugs, toxins, or heavy metals.

San Jose State Technical Writing Program
Somebody at my mental health clinic told me about this technical writing program. The classes I need are English 1A and 1B. I already have those on my transcript, but need to retake them for a higher grade. De Anza is simply more accessible than Foothill College at this point, since I live in San Jose. The required classes at San Jose State are the following: Introduction to Career Writing, E129, Editing for Writers E106, and Professional and Technical Writing, E107. Also, they want you to start by taking Modern English E103.

Reading the Aura
The metaphysical explanation for all things is that the human body is composed of energy fields. Each energy field has a color and is made up of electrical, magnetic, sound, heat, light, and electromagnetic fields. The energies of “plants, trees, flowers, animals and even the earth itself,” (9), surrounds us much like the Force in Star Wars. That is, by definition, what the Force actually is. My energy field has strength and is way too powerful for some people to deal with. I can tell by somebody’s aura whether I can stand his or her energy, plain and simple.

Why Should I Heal Everybody?
Healing everybody without setting boundaries is painful for those of us with healing abilities. As a gifted person, I need people to make an appointment. I cannot just heal people without a second thought. I can’t get too busy by the way, I have limitations, and it could take me the rest of my life to get all my degrees since I was busy being an alcoholic in my 20s instead of doing something productive—although I was in junior college getting my two Associates and my Bachelor’s.

Cords, Curses, Bindings, and Contracts
Cords, curses, bindings, and contracts all happen on an energetic level. I’m figuring out that I have cords in my system from family that looks like those thick garden hoses Dale describes. The nature of one such contract is that I agree to stay poor, yellow is a color about exchanging beliefs, one belief being that I do not make my own money, I have to stay low-income. Life energy cords abound to my past lives where I was a witchcraft practitioner over and over again. My family threw me under the bus in many a past life, forcing me to believe their religion exclusively.

Why People with Disabilities Are Vulnerable to Abuse
People with a disability are vulnerable to abuse on the street, in the workplace, and at home from their own families. This is why I want to start a domestic violence shelter that serves disabled people or those with chronic illness. We get marginalized, we get screwed over, and we get taken less seriously than our able-bodied counterparts. Healthcare is not yet free for everybody else, only if you do not have the money to pay for it. Everybody is on one plan or another as health insurance’s mandatory purchase was eliminated, which was something I disagreed with. Making it mandatory would not motivate people into buying it, in particular with a financial penalization.

Disabled People and Abusive Caregivers
Here’s another situation you able-bodied folks do not think about when it comes to disabled people stuck in an abusive situation be it a partner or family. Some people with disabilities put up with their caretaker being abusive by stealing their things. It can be hard to find a trustworthy caretaker for starters. If a family is untrustworthy, it is only because they use somebody’s disability to control them, their finances, when they leave the house, and more. Families shame their disabled children sometimes, depending on the type of disability.

Non-Profit Job Descriptions
Somebody in charge will be the president, I will be the Vice President or whatever title I can come up with that suits the sort of job description needed. I need to have a consultant, a staff psychiatrist, (maybe because I’m not sure of this one just yet), a staff attorney, (this I know we need), and staff administrative assistant. It’d be cool to get a staff paralegal I can pay well as we all need salaries brought about by donations depending on how far I can push someone twice my size. I also need an experienced public relations person.

Disabled People Have Trouble Escaping Abusive Families
Money is power in our current society. Having more income allows disabled people to escape their abusive families, since in some families, having a disability is seen as shameful. This is why abusive parents use their kid’s disabilities to control them. My non-profit seeks to help disabled people get jobs or make money online or perhaps to start painting in an art studio set-up. We would need computers. We Help also serves as a starting point within the health care rights movement. I’m seeking to establish a hotline since when are disabled people ever allowed to vent on a domestic violence hotline.

Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy
Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP) refers to the deliberate cause of illness to a child, inflicted by a caretaker. Munchausen by proxy is a real illness, but rare in some ways. It simply means that the caretaker wants to make their victim ill so that they can be the big and only hero. Forcing somebody to take too much insulin in order to make them pass out is one of the ways this illness can manifest. Munchausen by proxy usually starts affecting the caregiver, the mother, or perhaps the father if the father is prone to believe the mother’s exaggerations, such as the need both parents have for collusion.
