Tiny Homes for Extra Space
I live in Saint Augustine where not many people want to live in a giant touristy town. While everyone has the highest rates of education here inside the city and within Saint John's County, there are some interesting perks to living inside a town that has areas developing that are not part of the city limits.

Authors for Inspiration
Everyone has a favorite author or two. For me, Lewis Carroll was an author during the time of an industrial sweep throughout England. Jane Austen was a woman who lived in a period of growing economic wealth. Both of these authors lived in times where attitudes and educational standards were changing.

Sex Tips for Men: How to Be More Sensual in the Bedroom
I've been with the same man for six years. Let me make it clear I know what I am talking about here. In the six years I have known to be with this guy, prepping myself for sex or getting me in the mood is not his specialty. I am perfectly fine with it. At least I can give him a few points in the right direction for him to try again the next time. Once he knows what I like, believe me, it is a whole lot better the next time around.

A Father's Daughter
I'm going to admit something very big. I was a daddy's girl. But then I grew up. Dads are so important for little girls, it shows them how a man is to treat them, how they are loved, and sets up relationship boundaries that help them prevent getting stuck in the most unsuccessful kinds of relationships. It also means that they have a friend and a life coach.

I have been on the pill for five years, the same amount of time as my current relationship. But I have been wanting to get off them for nearly two years now because I was with the same boy since college, moving in with him, and now currently engaged to him.

My Favorite Pop Culture Quotes
Everyone has some sort of quote or favorite movie line they enjoy reciting by heart. For me, quoting from pop culture is something I enjoy like performing my own modern Shakespeare adapted play. It is something witty and shows the capacity for someone to be colorful and spontaneous in life.

Energy Solutions for Florida. Top Story - August 2018.
Florida is one of those states where it's sunny all year round. There's memes and jokes about some of the stupid things that happen in our state or the weather. People who live in Florida deal with snowbirds and yes our attitude is a bit dickish, but we have Disney and no one complains there.

A Letter to My Partner
My partner and I have been together for five years. It took me two years to open up to him and actually trust him. Sometimes we fight, other times we simply hang together and just enjoy a nice drink or two reading or playing games together.

A Letter to My Sister
My sister and I may not have been the best of friends growing up, but after being in college for a while, we may have made some progress over the years to be better friends than enemies. I know it is hard for siblings to get along when they are young, but making sure they are there for each other in times of relationships and life struggles is something every sibling should partake in.
