Raising Hope

I sighed staring deeply at the boy who was lying in my bed. No, we didn't have sex but he was drunk and found his way to my house. I ran my hands through his curls before I felt something churn in my stomach. I quietly got out of bed running to the bathroom with light steps going straight to the toilet emptying all the liquid that was in my stomach. Once I was done I stood up groaning going over to the sink grabbing my toothbrush to brush the puke away. I looked in the mirror making my eyes go wide. I looked at the calendar noticing today was 21st of next month while my period was always on the 20th.
