Why We Keep Delaying our Goals ?
Have you feel being stuck in life ? It might be difficult for someone to kind of feel this way. You might want to move on in life and you might start searching on the internet how to grow as a person. So you start also searching on the habits that successful people do on a daily basis: Wake up early, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning, do exercise, take a mindful shower, make a healthy breakfast, read a book, meditate for 10 minutes, being in the present moment, etc.

One Thing You Should Stop Doing After Waking Up
Many people has their own morning routine: Wake up, make a cup of coffee, check the news and social media, exercise, take a shower, do breakfast and go to work. Some people might live in automatic mode for many weeks, months or even years and some others live their lives in manual mode (in control of their lives).
